Prathama Blood Centre is the largest standalone blood centre in India established by Advanced Transfusion Medicine Research Foundation
(ATMRF) to bring change in Indian blood banking scenario. Set up in the year 2000 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Prathama in 7 years ascend to meet almost 50% blood requirement of the city through 100% voluntary donations. Every day about 250 components are issued to patients without replacement.
 
We look forward to the support and sponsorship of kind hearted philanthropists, generous establishments to encourage the cause of voluntary blood donation and blood safety in society.
Every day at least 300 patients deprived of needed blood and risk their life.
