Best Blood Bank of the Year Award 2019

PRATHAMA- “BEST BLOOD BANK OF THE YEAR”
Prathama has been awarded as “Best Blood Bank of the Year” by Six Sigma Healthcare excellence awards 2019 considered as Oscars of healthcare.
Six Sigma, every two years organizes this event and recognize various institutes and individuals in the medical field for their contribution to society. Amongst 698 applications received across India in different categories and after rigorous nomination process, deep analysis and top-level jury’s judgement, Prathama was declared “Best Blood Bank of the Year”.
The award function was organized on 26th December at New Delhi. Many renounced personalities of India graced the function with their presence including Indian Army Chief- General Bipin Rawat and encouraged all winners for their contrition to India.
Shri Anurag Singh Thakur, Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs presented this award to Prathama. Prathama in its two decades’ journey focused highly on the availability of safest blood to needy patients. During this period almost 6.5 lac lives have been save by Prathama and are counting.
